Parental Role

Parents are the primary educators of their children. Children learn best by example. We ask our parents to keep Jesus as their role model in their daily lives. Some ways parents can do this are:

  • Regularly attend Sunday mass with your children.
  • Actively participate in the Sacramental and Community life of our parish.
  • Pray with your children using daily opportunities like: meal times, bedtime, concern for others.
  • Take time to share your faith with your children e.g. listen to them after their classes, Father’s sermon at Sunday Mass, daily occurences that call for a Christian response.
