Registration
All families currently registered in the program will be mailed new registration forms in the spring for the following school year. Newcomers to the program are asked to call the Religious Education Office about our registration information.
Fees
Each child in family $80
Anyone who cannot afford to pay these fees because of financial difficulty should feel free to make arrangements with the Director, Kathryn Jones. All children are entitled to Religious Education regardless of their family’s ability to fully pay tuition fees.
Baptismal Information
A baptismal certificate is required at the time of registration for all children who are entering our program for the first time unless the child has been baptized at OLA, in which case we will need the date of Baptism.
Change of Address/Phone
Please notify the Religious Education office of any change of address or telephone number (work or home) immediately so that we will be able to contact you in the event of an emergency involving your child.
Emergency Cards
Each child must have a current emergency card on file in the office. Please make sure that the information on the card is accurate and promptly updated.
Confidentiality
When you register in our Religous Education Program, your family will be added to the program database. The Religious Education office will not release any information about you or your family to an individual or special interest group inside or outside the parish without your permission.
